September was a big month for birthdays at HS – we celebrated a 27th, two 30ths and a 50th (mentioning no names *Julian*) all within a few weeks of each other. Last week, while the bosses were in town, we celebrated with a heady combination of boules and beers at Mooie Boules, in Oost.

Who the overall winner was was unclear (evidently some focused more on the beers than the boules), but everyone definitely went home happy. None more so than Marlo the dog, who was in hot pursuit of every single ball that was thrown.
